The story unfolds in chapters and each is divided into three main parts:

• Daily Life - Explore Jabberwock Island by walking around freely and interacting with the Ultimate Students. When a murder occurs and a body is discovered, an investigation begins.
• Investigation - You'll examine the crime scene, talk to other Ultimate Students, and collect evidence needed to solve the case. The evidence you find becomes Truth Bullets for rebutting your classmates' contradictory statements. Collecting all clues lets you advance to the Class Trial.
• Class Trial - Use the evidence you've gathered to find the Blackened—the murder culprit—in the Class Trial. The Ultimate Students will use their unique talents to debate the case from different angles. As statements flow across the screen, shoot down the contradictions with True Bullets to counter them and continue with the trial. Reach the truth of the case through nonstop, high-speed debate!
