The game includes a total of seven game boards. Enjoy sunny times in Goomba Lagoon, search for stars in Rainbow Plaza, revisit the classics Western Land and Mario’s Rainbow Castle from previous games, and more.

Race across the board in Koopathlon, a debuting online competition where 20 players try to get the best score in minigames like the flashy Super Highway. The higher your score in each round, the faster you reach the finish line. Besides Koopathlon, there are many more extra game modes – there’s something for every Mario Party player!

Motion-controlled minigames require a Joy-Con controller and are not available when playing online. Motion-controlled minigames are not compatible with the Nintendo Switch Lite or Nintendo Switch Pro Controller, but button-controlled minigames can be played using these consoles/accessories.
